Immersive Brand Experience - R/GA NY x DuPont
Conceived and produced an immersive 4D brand experience for DuPont, debuted at TED2019: Bigger Than Us in Vancouver. The activation invited conference attendees inside an igloo-scale dome for a 3-minute micro-meditative journey designed to reframe how people perceive DuPont's innovation portfolio, not as future promises, but as things happening right now.
Inside, three reclined viewers faced a curved ceiling screen in a mini-planetarium format. A custom film traveled from the microbial level through the ocean, into a living city, and up to the International Space Station, each environment mapped to a real DuPont initiative: its sustainable seaweed hydrocolloids program, emulsifiers that preserve ice cream, autonomous EV materials, and Kevlar used in space. Haptic chairs, spatial audio, and a guided voiceover unified the sensory experience into something meditative and brand-coherent at once.
The experience was covered live by TED's editorial team during the conference and went on to tour additional TED events and DuPont's Shanghai office.
