We spent the past 5 years bringing this idea to life. According to UNESCO in 2024, 773 million people in the world struggle with illiteracy. These individuals, unable to read or write, lack access to apps or tools that can aid them. Despite being a global issue, progress in developing new learning approaches has been minimal. We put ourselves in their shoes and imagined a simple educational device that could facilitate instant writing and reading. That's how the Literacy Pen was born — and it is now helping millions communicate better and have better opportunities in their lives.
